NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Every piece that leaves our studio is a testament to dedication and passion. We ensure that each item is crafted to perfection, undergoes a thorough quality check, and is sent with a heartfelt note.

Once the Binks pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size, please consult our size chart/team who can guide you on which size to use. 

Yet, on the rare occasion something isn't right, we're here to assist you in finding the ideal outfit.

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
  4. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  5. The product would be picked in 2-3 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  6. In case of return , we charge a small return fee to cover the return shipping charges. Alternatively one can choose to ship the package themselves to our address. For getting the details of our warehouse address you can write us at hello@getbinks.com
  7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  8. Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned/exchanged
  9. We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at hello@getbinks.com for any queries
  10. International orders do-not qualify or returns, refunds or exchange
  11. Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at hello@getbinks.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect
